i loved mai hana! the location is the best, right in the center of all the major attractions, with easy access to public transportation. the staff was very friendly, and i appreciated the accommodating atmosphere for my service dog. the outdoor seating for breakfast was a nice touch.

I chose Mai Hana Hotel for its proximity to Universal Orlando Resort. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the large shaded parking lot. The nearby restaurants, such as Olive Garden and Golden Corral, were convenient and delightful.
Front Desk miscommunication, outdated carpets.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent service. Convenient for reaching local attractions and good value for money.
